Creating and Managing Your Account
Proper Use of the Services
- Share, resell, or sublicense the Services without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or hack the software.
- Use the Services to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Engage in activities that disrupt or harm Work360’s systems or reputation.
Data Ownership and Privacy
- You own all content you create, store, or upload to the Services.
- Work360 will not use your data for marketing or commercial purposes without explicit consent.
- Work360 may access your data to provide, maintain, or improve the Services.
- Our data practices comply with global privacy standards like GDPR and CCPA.
Hosting, Data Migration, and Sovereignty
Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions
Third-Party Applications
- Review and agree to the terms of third-party applications before use.
- Understand that Work360 is not liable for issues caused by these tools.
Communication and Notifications
- Service updates and security alerts.
- Administrative messages.
Account Inactivity
- Free accounts inactive for 120 consecutive days may be deleted.
- You will be notified before deletion and given an opportunity to back up your data.
Intellectual Property
- Do not use Work360 trademarks without written permission.
- Do not attempt to copy or replicate Work360 software.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Indemnification
- Illegal use of the Services.
- Violations of this Agreement.
- Disputes involving third-party integrations.
Modifications to Terms
- Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
- Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
